The Chatham House Queen Elizabeth II Academy for Leadership in International Affairs is now inviting applications from emerging leaders and practitioners who are citizens of Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique or Tanzania to submit research projects under the topic of ‘Transition experiences and developments in relations between Central and Eastern Europe and sub-Saharan Africa’.
