Gibril Faal made a presentation on ‘How to improve the role and impact of the diaspora in the implementation of the SDGs’, as part of the 2017 ‘Partnership Forum’. The panel was moderated by Ms Malin Frankenhaeuser, International Centre for Migration Policy Development. The other panellists were: Mr Pape Birama Thiam, Director for Technical Cooperation, Senegal; Ms Rohlee de Guzman, European Network of Filipino Diaspora; Mr Stefano Signore, EC DEVCO; Ms Marie Chantal Uwitonze, African Diaspora Network in Europe.

The Forum was organised by EC Devco.
